EB Hacks-Knix
Jul 17, 2019

Hey, Guys, it’s Emily here from MiaThrives!

Today I’m going to talk about a really awesome body-positive intimates company called Knix. All their products are designed to make you feel comfortable in your own skin. For all body types in a wide variety of styles, sizes, and fits.

You can watch the full video here (or down below).

It can be difficult for females with EB to find bra’s and underwear that don’t cause friction and blistering. The two products that have personally worked best for my skin with DDEB are the tank tops and underwear. The tanks have a built-in bra, are very soft and stretchy with few seams. It replaces the need to wear a bra and being able to tuck in a tank top often prevents blistering on my lower back from wearing pants. The underwear are a great option if you can’t wear thongs because they look seamless under your clothing and are not visible.

Positive Points To Note From Use:

  • Four-way stretch
  • Bras are underwire free
  • Seamless
  • Thin lightweight material
  • Some products are leakproof
  • Bra’s and Tank Tops have removable padding

We would love to hear from you if this is something you’ve tried and it works for you! Also, feel free to let us know if you have any other EB Hacks!

We used knee pads to protect the skin on my knees. I started wearing them when I was around six months old and learning to crawl, and I continued to wear them growing up in school.
