EB Hacks- Boosting Your Immune System- Covid_19
Mar 19, 2020

Hey, Guys, it’s Emily here from MiaThrives!

Today I am going to talk about a few things I am trying to do from home to boost my Immune System and protect myself agents Covid_19. Other than trying to get extra asleep and eating especially healthy there are a few other things I have added to my daily routine.

You can watch the full video here (or down below).

Vitamins

Vitamine C and D can both help boost your Immune system. You are able to get these over the counter at any pharmacy or can be ordered online (click here for Amazon.) Time releasing helps for the supplements to stay in your body longer.

List of possible benefits:

  • May help lower high blood pressure
  • Helps prevent iron deficiency
  • Boosts immune system
  • Can help prevent the common cold
  • promotes healthy bones and teeth

Sage Safe Hands

I have been using this product for years to avoid the sting of purell on open cuts and blisters. It also has a mild moisturizer, I find this very helpful since most hand sanitizers often dry out the skin. Click here to view Sage website, they also have some Immune boosting bacterial essential rollers and hand soaps!

The MiaThrives Team wants to wish everyone well in this tricky time and are sending love and positive vibes to you and your loved ones.

We would love to hear from you if this is something you’ve tried and it works for you! Also, feel free to let us know if you have any other EB Hacks!

We used knee pads to protect the skin on my knees. I started wearing them when I was around six months old and learning to crawl, and I continued to wear them growing up in school.
